Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between VPNFN (referred to below as "the Service") and the user regarding the use of the cross-border network acceleration service. By registering, paying, or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these Terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Service Description and Scope

VPNFN provides a cross-border network acceleration service. Through international egress points covering 120+ countries and 180+ routes, it helps users reach international websites and overseas online services. The client runs on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, and accounts have no limit on the number of simultaneous devices. No email address is required to register — a username and password are all you need.

Subscriptions come in two types; prices and quotas are as shown in your user panel:

  • Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets every month on the day you subscribed; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days.
  • Data packs: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, ¥658 for 3000GB. They last until used up and never expire.

Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. The client and your subscription are obtained after signing in to the user panel; the Service does not provide static links to installers or subscription URLs. The specific countries, cities, and route types are as shown in the user panel and on the server locations page.

2. Account and Subscription Rules

The account belongs to the person who registered it, and subscription benefits are for that person's use only. The number of simultaneous devices is unlimited, but the following are not allowed:

  • Reselling, renting, lending, or sharing your account, subscription URL, or client configuration with others;
  • Using automated scripts to bulk-extract route information, or redistributing subscription content;
  • Providing similar commercial services to third parties on the basis of the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your username and password safe — do not display them in public. If you find that someone else is using your account, change your password in the user panel as soon as possible and explain the situation in a ticket.

3. Acceptable Use Requirements

You agree to comply with the laws and regulations of your location and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Infringing on others' intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
  • Sending spam, launching network attacks, or distributing malware;
  • Engaging in fraud, gambling, distributing illegal content, or any other activity prohibited by law.

The Service is intended for lawful personal cross-border access and network acceleration needs. Users bear full responsibility for any consequences of violating the requirements above; once verified, the Service may suspend or terminate the account concerned.

4. Service Availability, Disclaimer, and Account Termination

The Service continuously maintains its routes and clients, but does not guarantee that any particular third-party website or platform will always be available — third-party geo-restrictions and risk-control rules are set by those providers and may change at any time.

For connection issues or interruptions caused by force majeure, upstream network failures, changes in the local network environment, or device or client misconfiguration, the Service will help troubleshoot within its ability but is not liable for any indirect losses arising from them.

The Service may suspend or terminate an account if any of the following occurs: a breach of these Terms; obtaining a refund by fraudulent means; use of the account for unlawful purposes; or conduct that harms service stability or the rights of other users. Remaining subscription benefits are not refunded for accounts terminated due to violations.

5. Refund Terms

A full refund can be requested within 30 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned via the original payment method, and the time to arrive depends on the processing cycle of Alipay / WeChat / USDT.

Requests are made through the ticket section of the user panel; please include your order details and refund request so it can be verified. This clause does not apply to accounts terminated for violations.

6. Changes to These Terms and How They Take Effect

These Terms may be updated as the service content, payment methods, or legal requirements change. The updated version is published on this page, along with a revised last-updated date at the top, and takes effect on the date of publication. Significant changes affecting user rights will be announced in the user panel or prominently on this page.

Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, you may stop using the Service and request a refund as described in Section 5. For matters not covered by these Terms, the service description in the user panel and the Privacy Policy apply.
